EXCELLENT!! Josh and I attacked a number of different projects. We started with a needs assessment. I was overwhelmed so he developed a step-by-step plan. We then moved around my home and put various parts of the plan into action. He helped - declutter - sort - rearrange - set up my home office - reorganize computer and electronic equipment (my favorite was his ability to manage and hide all the power cords and cables} - optimize my computer/cell phone - deal with my paper backlog - organize and store my quilting supplies - contact resources for special situations {where to recycle or donate odd items} - brain-storm strategies to use my time more effectively - manage different projects that frustrated me {medical billing, phone calls - waiting through all the transfers until the correct person was reached?} - work with me on an ongoing basis sorting and processing new paper, etc. Josh tailored his ideas for each space and with each system to meet my needs ? and if one of his ideas didn?t work {meaning I asked him to change it again and again and again!}, he always suggested another solution. Josh is always prompt, always professional and he brings patience, humor and fun to the process. We have a good time working on my projects. .

The job went very well. Josh is very quick to survey a situation and make specific suggestions on possible solutions. His approach was very specific to me. I never felt I was getting a one-size-fits-all solution. He helped me tailor a shopping list for any actual items that I needed to buy and went shopping with me. He was very good at working within my modest budget, both in terms of shopping and of his own time. He is not above pitching in and doing the grunt work; crawling around under desks organizing wires and such. I continue to consult with Josh on a regular basis as we refine my existing systems (he is very flexible; if a system that he suggested doesn't work for me, he is ready with a better solution specific to my needs). He has worked with me on other projects, computer filing systems, closet reorganization, emergency-preparedness kits. Josh is fun to work with; good-natured, nonjudgmental, flexible, fair.

I highly recommend Custom Living Solutions. This has honestly been one of the best investments I have ever made in myself. Throughout my whole life, I have had problems with extreme clutter and messiness (and the accompanying shame). My work life was disorganized, and I never wanted to have guests over to my place. Josh has been very supportive and non-judgmental. I was overwhelmed before we started, but Josh used strategies which broke up the process, and made it feel do-able. He had a lot of really helpful ideas about organizing my financial papers. I HONESTLY never thought I would be able to have a clean, un-cluttered place, and now I have one. My place feels so much more peaceful now. Josh is very professional; always arrives on time, and follows through on his commitments. I am continuing to work with him on some other projects, (time & money management.) Josh's services cost more than some of the other people that I looked into, but for me, it has been well worth it.
