Went well, although an engineer (not Curran) created a problem by not seeing, at first, the need for the firewall and foundation. But all in all, everything was finished on time.

They came to look at the job soon after I called them and they had their proposal back to me two days later. They were very punctual, too. As far as talking to them they seem like they do good work, but they were just too expensive. If I had more work in the future I would probably get a proposal from them.

We chose Curran because when they came to give the bid they were by far the most professional and seemed the most competent. They gave us the middle bid of 3 bids. They started and completed the work promptly, and despite the finding of water damage in our floor because of the poor foundation they did not increase the cost associated with the work. We have since used them to repair some damage from a broken dishwasher and had the same experience. Kevin Curran answers my call on his cell phone and has come immediately to check out work when I have a question. Mike, who led our project, was also excellent.

They were timely, and they did an excellent job. They came in at the exact cost that they quoted us. All of his workers were very professional. I would recommend them and use them again.

I am skill in the construction trades, so I am hyper-critical. I found Kevin's crew to be the most courteous, skill and professional I have ever employed. The work was on budget, ahead of time and flawless. Passed inspection in seconds with no call backs. The guys showed up on time, isolated their work area, cleaned up after themselves, left NO debris and created very little dust. I cannot praise this company more highly.
