+ -1 moreThey did show up on time. I like this company because they did allow me to be billed for the service. I think they are very good in pricing for their services as well. The gentleman that came out was very nice. It took him about 30 minutes to make me a key for the door. My key does work fine. I would use them again. It was fast and went smoothly.
Description of Work: We had lost the front door key to a rental property that we owned, so we had them come out to fit a key for the door. They provided us with two keys.

+ -1 moreQuick and easy. I phoned on Friday and set up a Saturday appointment (no extra charge for Saturday if scheduled in advance, I was told). Jesse came, did his thing, and we were out for the minimum charge plus parts. The service charge was about $43 and the first half hour cost about the same, plus about $40 for the striker plate.
Description of Work: The lock on our security gate had developed a nasty habit of opening if you shook the gate a little bit, which really is not a good feature on a security gate. We were afraid we would have to go with a deadbolt, which would have meant we could no longer buzz people in, but Jesse diagnosed it as a bad striker plate, and replaced it with a new one. (We found the old one had a manufacture date of September 1966 once it was removed, so I guess it had served a long, useful life).

+ -1 moreBoth jobs were botched! The Subaru keys cost around $8.00, but only one of the two worked! By the time I realized this, I didn't have time to return to get the second one redone before the car was shipped to the East Coast. They told me that the key to the VW bug couldn't be done because it had a ''chip'' in it. I left but after researching it, learned that no such chip existed in 1998 VW bugs! I returned and was told that they would need to keep the key overnight. I left it overnight and when I returned the next day around noon, it still was not done. Turns out there was no one competent to do the key. The key was done by an inexperienced employee who was doing ''on the job'' training on the key I wanted duplicated. When finally finished, it cost over $40.00!
Description of Work: I came into the store to get two keys duplicated. One key was to a 1998 Subaru and the other for a 1998 VW Bug.
