 + -1 moreIt was a great experience. Chris notified me when he was going to be a little late. He not only worked on my computer email but also gave us valuable information on our wifi set up and anti-virus software and several other computer related items that I can't remember. He is knowledgable, does not talk down to you and has the patience of Job.
Description of Work: Chris was wonderful. He understood how technically challenged I am and spoke to me in terms I could understand. He did a lot of changing things around so that I could easily navigate a new email service after having used 1 email service for 25 yrs.

 + -1 moreThe job went fine. They picked up my PC and delivered it back; so, I did not have to make any trips. They explained what was required and they kept me informed when they took a decision. They fixed the problem and delivered the computer and the cost was less than what I expected. I recommend them to others and I will use them again.

 + -1 moreHe had a little trouble with tardiness, but called and rescheduled well in advance a few times and then was just a little late. He works so much more quickly that previous people I have hired, that my computer could have been unavailable the whole time and they would still not have fixed it properly. He may have been a little late, but it works again, and I have all my files. The same task cost over $200 from another independent (who did nothing in the end), and more than $100 from Geek Squad (which also didn't work). He also explains everything in very clear, simple language, and doesn't try to sound like a super-mondo computer genius - he made sure I understood, without condescending, either.
Description of Work: He came on two different occasions, once to get files that had been lost off a back-up device and fix the connection to my printer and then to optimize my machine, which was not working well. Both times his work was stellar, incredibly quick, a total bargain, and better than anyone else I've ever hired for the job. I had used other individuals and Geek Squad trying to do the same things, cost vastly more money and didn't work anyway.
