+ -1 moreIrresponsible and flaky. When I called Chuck in the morning, he said he'd be here in two hours. Four hours later there was no sign and no word from him, and he didn't respond to phone messages. Luckily I was able to get another plumber to come out that day (late Friday afternoon!).
Description of Work: I had a plumbing emergency (water gushing out beneath kitchen sink).

+ -1 moreI THINK CHUCK IS ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL, HE DOES NOT EXAGGERATE PROBLEMS JUST TO MAKE MONEY AND HE DOES NOT OVERCHARGE WOMEN. ALSO, THE LAST TIME I HAD AN EMERGENCY HE ARRIVED WITHIN THE HOUR.
