CHA'S TELEVISION

The TV turned out excellently. Unfortunately, the turn-around time was very poor due to a parts issue.

We called the company's phone number, described the problem and asked what the housecall rates were. Mr. Cha came out the same day and determined that parts needed to be ordered. The work was completed within two days. He is very soft-spoken and efficient, and was a pleasure to deal with.

CHA did a great quality job fixing my TV. They were very quick and efficient and for the amount of work that they did, I expected to pay much more. The communication with him was a little difficult because his English was weak, but his quality of work was not effected. I will call on them again.

The repairman tried to repair the TV, but it ended up taking six visits to get the job done. He was an older gentleman who didn't seem very honest about whether he could fix the TV or not. He didn't seem very qualified for the job. Otherwise, he was friendly and professional. He ended up taking the TV and came back the last time and installed it and it worked.

Got the problem solved in under 5 minutes.

Mr. Cha is a quiet, obviously well-educated man. It was a pleasure having him in our home. The service could not have been better performed.

Service was GREAT! Technician arrived within an hour of my phone call. He was very polite and I felt comfortable letting him in our home. He identified and fixed the problem in less than half an hour. Very reasonable fees. I'd call them again without hesitation.

The repair was completed in two days and the module was reinstalled and checked out. Everything was working well. The service was excellent and quick and the charge was very reasonable.

This man deserves a ?Living Treasure? designation. He calls to confirm appointment time no half day window. Then gives updates of arrival time the day of appointment the ultimately arrives on time. After quietly going about his examination of my problem, he offers me a much lower cost solution which involves an alternate connection route via my DVD/VCR player vs. Taking the set away and replacing a very costly component. Things are working better than the connections the lovely cable company devised after four service calls.

It's not often that I am really pleased with service these days, but these guys were GREAT! Some background - I spent the better part of a day trying to figure out how I would get a 200 lb TV down the stairs, into the car and to a repair shop (and back home again) just to hear that it was the picture tube and that I would need a new TV anyway. So I looked at the list and found a place that made house calls!! First I called to get a sense of whether the picture tube had gone out or not. I was expecting a run-around, but was able to get a straight opinion that it probably wasn't the picture tube. Well, the repairman was in my house in half an hour (he was in the neighborhood) and was back that evening replacing the parts. He even called to say he was running late and would be there at 8:30 instead of 8:00 (when was the last time that ever happened)?!

I THINK THIS COMPANY IS FANTASTIC. THE MAN FIXED MY TV RIGHT IN MY LIVING ROOM. HE FIXED IT IN NO TIME. THE PRICE WAS VERY REASONABLE TOO. THE CONVENIENCE WAS JUST WHAT I LIKE.
