On time for estimate. Professional and courteous from beginning to end. Responsive to phone calls and emails. I actually never met the crew who did the actual painting but left them my garage opener. They cleaned up very well every day. Jessica (the color consultant) was wonderful and patient. I am very happy with the results. I would say I was a little hesitant initially because "Certa Pro" I know is a chain or franchise. But it is operated and owned locally and it was a personal experience. I already recommended to my hair colorist who also immediately used them and had the same experience.

George was great and the crew was terrific! They helped with colors, were respectful of our neighbors and worked cleanly and efficiently. While their price was higher than others, we think it was appropriate for the quality of work we received. We highly recommend them!

CertaPro did a wonderful job on my house. I felt comfortable from the beginning with the estimate and the choosing of the colors. George brought several samples and put them up and when they weren't quite right, brought more. There was quite a bit of rot on my stairs and the carpenter replaced stair treds and the stringers on the sides and also repairs the panels beneath my bay windows and the platforms on either side of the landing. All of the painters were very helpful and considerate and really wanted me to be pleased with the work. I found them to be extremely professional and they made sure all was done to my satisfaction. I couldn't be happier with the final result!! I highly recommend them.

From start to finish, CertaPro was professional and helpful. They did a thorough walkthrough of our condo when giving us a quote, discussing options with us. They actually tried to talk us out of having them paint our cabinets due to the potential for chipping over time; while we decided to have them do it anyway, I really appreciated their willingness to forgo business in favor of setting realistic expectations and making sure we'd be satisfied years later. They also wisely only bought half the paint for the job at the start, to give us time to change our mind about the color after we saw the first coat on the wall; indeed, we did switch to a lighter color for the final coats, and we were glad they'd given us that last-minute decisionmaking leeway. CertaPro's painters were organized, timely, respectful, and easy to work with. They did a stellar job; there was barely anything to point out for touchups in the final walkthroughs, and in the months since I haven't found any defects in the paint job. Everything looks very professionally done and pretty perfect. We had them back to paint the bookshelves we had built and they did an excellent job on that as well; it looks absolutely beautiful. We found one defect with the painting on the bookshelves and when we informed them they quickly came back and fixed it with no hassle. Overall I was extremely happy with CertaPro, and I would definitely hire them again for painting needs in the future.

We hired Certa Pro to paint the front of our house after getting bids from several painting companies on Angies List. George, the owner, arrived promptly after our contacting the company and spoke very knowledgeably about what led to the deteriorated condition of the previous paint job. I was impressed with his breadth of knowledge. He provided me with an estimate within a few days. There was a delay between signing the contract and the actual start date of the job because we had to get some shrubbery pruned away from the house and the landscaping company could not come until a month later. George and I agreed on a mutually acceptable date for the job. There was extensive repair that needed to be done to the stairs of the house and the carpenter on staff did an excellent job in making the repairs. The crew arrived promptly each day and professionally worked on the job. I was also impressed with the teamwork displayed by the crew and how they seemed so happy to be working on the house. Each crew member was pleasant to deal with and the exterior painting was completed earlier than expected. The front of the house looks brand new and we are so pleased with how the job turned out. We will definitely keep them in mind for any future painting needs. George was good about following up and the foreman was good in pointing out what needed replacement and consulting us as the job progressed. Thank you, Certa Pro!

It was pretty good. They were nice people and they cleaned up after themselves. The only thing they were unfamiliar with was how to paint around the weather stripping on the front door and they even came back to try to redo that service. I live in a very foggy area and they wanted to paint in the morning when everything was still wet and I told them the work would have to be done later in the day.

They were fine and they guy who came out to estimate the job was fine. It was very good and very professional but we decided to go with people who painted next to our neighbor’s house as we were watching their work while it’s being done and they were very good so we just decided to go with that company. They responded right away and emailed us back right away. In terms of the pricing we don’t know because they are the only one’s we had in and we just decided to go with the other company which was less expensive but that was not the reason we went with them because they did the next door so we really don’t know how to grade he pricing. We did not use them and it wasn’t because of they said or did or anything it was just because we watched the other company paint next door and their painters so we decided to go with and that was the only reason and it was nothing against Certa Pro.

They arrived on time, performed all work that they promised, and left each day with the premises cleaned. A year later, the house still looks good.

They did a great job. We are very pleased. If needed any extra work I would call them back again. They cleaned up after their job and left the place in immaculate condition.

There was a little problem with a neighbor who was being difficult about not wanting them to step on her roof to paint the sidewall, and George took care of that with her and satisfied her. I did not have to be involved at all, which was really good and a big plus. The foreman was very good, responsible and responsive, and the crew was quiet. They did not make a lot of noise and cleaned up after themselves. Their quality was good in terms of their following the scheme and doing a careful job. I don’t know if the paint job is going to last or not but it has been good so far. I would rate them highly and would use them again.

A thorough and professional job from start to finish ? from the person who took my call and made the initial appointment, to the owner who was hands-on involved throughout and the great team of painting professionals who did the job. The owner of the company came to give me the job quote and did a full walk through with me, asking me questions about my expectations for the job and leaving me with literature and color ideas while I waited for the proposal (which came very quickly). The quote was the most complete and competitive of any of the proposals I received and fully explained what I could expect from the paint crew on my job. The team that worked on my home was fantastic ? on top of doing a wonderful paint job, they were a pleasure to work with. The foreman was patient with my questions (always explaining and helping me understand the process) and accommodating with my requests. They showed up when they said they would, respected my home and were always courteous. They were very helpful in offering input on color selection and their recommendations for the paint scheme have transformed my home completely!

They were very well organized and methodical. I liked the way they gave the estimate. They counted the windows and so on. They put everything into a laptop computer and popped out a bid. The workmen were tidy. They cleaned up.

It was fine. I prepped a lot of stuff myself so I avoided a lot of things that I was worried about whether they would do. It was mostly ivy and stuff. I remember being a little disappointed, but I can't remember why.

We had used CertaPro before & were very satisfied. They took great care to cover windows and used lots of protective coverings elsewhere, were extremely clean & neat. Job was done on time & at quoted price. They even took extra steps to protect our neighbors' side yard & windows from any particulates blowing over there.

It took a little bit longer than scheduled, it was supposed to be about two weeks but it took about three weeks. There were little tiny things that didn't get paint on them, there is paneling on the back that sort of overlaps and the bottom didn't get paint on it. It's not noticeable unless you are laying down looking up at the house.

I got three estimates before going with Certapro. Theirs was the lowest. My neighbor had used them earlier in the year and once I got her thumbs up I decided to go with them. Scheduling was easy, they took care of getting the scaffolding & permits. The number of people working seemed to depend on the work being done that day. At a minimum there were always at least 4 guys here. At the peak there were probably 8-10 people working at once. Communication was great, they always let me know if they were leaving early or not coming in the next day because of rain. The workers were smart and didn't cut corners. At the end of every day they cleaned up everything' they swept, folded up tarps, stored ladders in one central location, and generally tidied things up before they left. If something was not clear they asked about it. My biggest tip? Don't paint in December!

Painted the inside of our entire house. We were very happy with the results. Highly recommend this company to anyone. They were courteous and completed the job on time and did not make a mess.
