+ -1 moreExperience was good. I paid $29 up front as a diagnostic fee, which went towards the total service bill. So at the end, I paid only $50 more. Everything was pretty simple and straightforward. They handled it within two days and I was able to access all my data. They were polite and helpful the whole process.
Description of Work: My laptop's hard drive was bad and my computer wouldn't load up. Basically, my hard drive was worn out from all the lugging around I did with my laptop. I still needed my data and Central Computers was able to recover the data and transfer it to the new hard drive that I bought at their store.
