He was on time, professional, knew what he was doing and completed everything we asked him to do. It cost us more than we had planned, but the price was fair including parts.

They came as promised to inspect my problem. They immediately gave me information about their plan to fix my problem which was quite extensive because of the age of my house. In fact, had I NOT called them, I could have died this winter because there was no outlet for our home heat. I was in danger of carbon monoxide poisoning, and a possible fire. They immediately torn down the unit, replaced the needed materials, quickly retrieved a new unit, and all the while they were clean, cleaned after themselves, and professional. I am very satisfied with them and would be happy to use their services in the future. We both understood each other. Thanks Cabrillo plumbing and CO.

This was a difficult situation. I had forgetten than I had used Cabrillo before, so I took a chance on what seemed like a good offer from Angies List to invest in the Big Deal. But Cabrillo has a policy of pricing jobs off a table of what they might possibly cost to do should everything possible go wrong. Instead of working by the hour, they work by the job category, and at a very high rate. The plumber arrived on time and sized up the job. I was going to ask him to do another faucet, but when I saw the price, which was the same as the clearly more difficult barsink job and also way more expensive than the fixture or apparent difficulty merited, I decided just have him fix the bar sink. I would have asked him to leave, but then I would have lost the Big Deal coupon, money already spent. He did a clean and professional job, so I have nothing bad to say about the plumber or the work. I just think that there are many other good plumbers in the market whose use pricing systems that are much more fair. I think that Cabrillo abuses people's ignorance and insecuring about water systems. They say, it will be this price no matter what problems are encountered. This can seem reassuring but there are many jobs that are much more straight forward than the worst-case scenario prices that Cabrillo uses, thus an hourly rate is much more advantageous and just. Cabrillo ceased to be a family business and turned into a financial capital venture.

Mr. Cichetti was very professional and explained the situation in detail. He was very thorough and found a condensation leak problem that if unaddressed would have eventually caused rusting of the furnace below. He cleaned the filter for the ac unit and found that additional dust on the inside of the unit was affecting function. After I agreed to the additional charge for that clean-up (pretty hefty, $500), he was able to test the unit effectively and then added more freon which was another $300. His services were well performed and I appreciate his good work. I think the fees charged by his company for spraying a chemical cleaner on the inside of the unit and letting it drip off was pretty excessive. That would be my only complaint for this company. Mr. Cichetti himself was an excellent service provider and I would use him again.

As always these folks are on time, very professional and don't quit until the work is done. We'll definely call them again when something goes wrong.

I have used Cabrillo before and am always pleased with results. The bathroom drain was clogged and he cleaned it out plus as an added bonus he fixed the sink so that it was more secure. Left the bathroom very clean. The kitchen sink was another matter. I had hoped that he could fix the faucet/drain since it had stopped moving, but when he took the faucet apart it was corroded so needed to be replace. I had two options, I could go and buy a new faucet and then have them come back to install (but would have to pay for the diagnostic labor) or purchase one that Cabrillo has and have it installed then. I chose the latter for convenience and quite frankly could not be without a kitchen sink. I find that prices are a bit on the high side, but they do a good job and leave the areas where they work clean.

Contacted company in response to $99.00 main cleaning. Got estimate for additional work Vegas charged $1680.00 ( about) for work that company later offered for $99.00. Took company to small claims for a refund.

very professional, arrived on time but I thought very overpriced. I was charged $554. to remove and install the new kitchen faucet which granted was a bit more complicated than average but i feel it was very high price for service. Because I wanted it done then and now, I paid it but will definitely not use them in the future just because of the high price for the work. the toilet was $485 to rebuild the inside which they supplied the supplies for. Unfortunately I have to have a portion of that faucet replaced because it is defective and now I have to find another plumber to do that.

It was okay. I still ended up paying a fairly high amount after the benefits of the Big Deal we kind of realized. He did a very fine job on what he did. Other things that I was going to have him work on while he was out her, and this is not kind of their fault perhaps, ended up being far more expensive than I had anticipated. So I just had them work on one issue with one toilet and that’s pretty much all they did. I just didn’t expect on to spend that much on just one thing like that. So I’ll probably avoid something like that in the future. The quality of the work done was very good. It fixed the problem completely.

Serviceman prompt, neat,well mannered. Gave good appearance . Checked water pressure and told us it was too high and gave cost to fix. Never heard of this problem before. Was told work not guaranteed with high water pressure. Then came the price. Had coupon for 200.00 worth of work. Paid 99.00 for coupon. Price for one cartridge was an additional 155.00. Did tell us that we could cancel call and that Angie would refund the 99.00. Did have him replace cartridge. Covered floor to keep things clean. Considerd price high. Don't think coupon saved anything, but anyway iris fixed. Will continue search for a good reasonably priced plumber.

It was pricey (even with the $100 for $200 service Angie's List promotion), but the service was on the whole flawless. Company offered several dates and times, and alerted us half an hour before serviceman's arrival. He was friendly and thorough in explaining what caused the problems, what he could (and couldn't) do, and what it would cost. We're pleased with the work and would definitely recommend Cabrillo to others. I believe we'd used them in the past, in fact, and had good experiences then.

The service person arrived at the agreed upon time, worked efficiently with explanations of everything he was doing, and took great care to keep the area neat and clean. He did not have all the proper parts, so ran to their local warehouse to get the parts needed, which took only about 15 minutes. He then completed the job and went over what he had done and his findings on the leaking basin (crack in the basin, so needs replacing).

Work was quickly, professionally and well done. I opted not to have the plumbing service replace the disposal as the cost was too high for me. When and if a plumbing service is absolutely required as opposed to general contractor that I did use to replace the disposal (at half the cost) I would use this service again.

Cabrillo arrived on time -- worked on the water heater -- pointed out the parts he replaced and flushed the tank. Nice guy. Talked a fair bit -- so took some time. But overall a good experience.

Making the appointment was easy, I was able to get service the next day, and the person I spoke with was responsive and helpful. The technician was prompt, professional, and conscientious. He did a great job with the faucet and was very careful to avoid making a mess in the house. I really appreciate his work. I had read the reviews before I called Cabrillo, so I knew their prices were a bit high and I was willing to trade quality for price. However, I would consider spending $750 for 90 minutes of a plumber's labor a poor value. The only reason I went through with the work after getting the quote was because the clogged sink was an urgent problem.

I recommend Cabrillo Plumbing for one thing in particular: For a new water heater installation, Cabrillo sells an option to provide their own extended warranty that lasts much longer than the manufacturer's warranty, and also includes parts and labor for the entire duration of the warranty; not many plumbers are willing to do this. Their service is expensive, but worth it if you want a gold-plated 11 year warranty. As another reviewer mentioned, you get Mercedes-level service; I interacted with 2 installers and two office managers, and they were super-professional. If there were such a thing as a "luxury plumbing service", this is it.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. They were okay. I was a little bit disappointed. They didn't do any service. The guy was nice. He told me that they should have asked me the problem over the phone so he didn't have to come out.

The company seemed totally professional, but the price quote seemed to be really outrageous. The technician told me it would take about two hours. Figuring about $150 in parts (Two valves, and a two foot length of plastic pipe, this meant that the labor would be approximately $400 per hour. I decided to have the work done by someone else. I'm sure they would have done an excellent job.

These guys are fantastic! They are punctual, come in clean uniforms, wear booties so as not to track dirt through your house. They did the service efficiently. The team who came were friendly, informative and informed. They were totally willing to come b ack a second time (not in original estimate) for no extra cost so I would not be without a shower any longer than necessary. They totally made sure they coordinated with the tile contractors to make life easier. They scrubbed my bath tub after fixing the drain, cleaned my kitchen sink after fixing the leak and swept out my basement after installing the water heater. And once you've used their services, you get 10% off on any future work. And they stand behind your work. They will come out once a year after installation at no cost to service anything they install. Super vendor in my view.

The work ended up taking longer than expected due to a faulty connector part. The plumber stuck with it until there was no leakage from the joins. He was able to figure out after many attempts to complete the seal, that one of the parts he was using was the problem. He went to the truck and got a different part and was able to complete the work quickly.

I called them to set up an appointment and when they heard how old my water heater was, they declined to do the work. They explained that the Deal may actually harm my water heater and cause more problems than it would solve. I appreciate their honestly and that they were forthcoming.

The plumber who performed the work was extremely thoughtful and clear in explaining the plumbing problems and the future upkeep that I would need to perform in order to maintain the water dispenser and filtration system.

There wasn't much that Cabrillo Plumbing could do about my clogged water heater. They said if I wanted to purchase a new water heater they would give me a discount.
