Description of Work: Extremely professional, prompt and efficient. In one day they assessed the problem, arranged for and installed the new water heater. They also installed a new hot water recirculation pump we wanted to save water. Expert advise. Complete service. They also arranged the city permit and inspection. I am sure there are cheaper ways to get the job done but you get what pay for-- first rate, reliable, licensed, bonded, professional service.

Description of Work: I chose this company based on their Excellent "Angie's", Rating. After the experience I had with them I suspect that most were submitted fraudulently. Here is my experience, You decide: |The problem I had was a stopped up drain in one of the light wells in a rental property we have.The property is 200 miles away from the home we live in. AS these repairs must be done "Long distance" I always first check Angie's recommendations. | The "Plumber?" arrived on time and was extremely nice chatting up my tenant (a very pretty young lady) and phoned me as instructed to have me explain what I wanted him to do (The plugged up light well drain). I gave him his instructions and he assured me he completely understood and would call me when he was done. | |Two hours later I was very concerned to have not heard back so I phoned my tenant to ask how it went? She informed me that he was still working on it and he said he would call me rite back when he was done. | |2 more hours passed and with no call I was getting extremely concerned so I called again and asked to speak to the Plumber. He informed me that he had not had time to look at the drain yet (4 HOURS LATER) and was getting ready to put the toilet back on!!!!! What?? The toilet?? What have you been doing? He said he had pulled the sink, tub and toilet to see why the drain was slow!! I said what about the light well drain, that it had nothing to do with the bath room drain! His answer was a very sullen "OK, I will have a look at it" After two more calls he did that it was impossible to get to the drain unless he cut the ceiling of the pass through to the back yard. I said sure cut it if you must just get it cleared before the storms come and flood the flat and the store under it! After another call or two he said he had no Idea what he had to do and could not even find the drain run! | |I instructed him to STOP and have his people phone me. | |A weal later I got a call from my bank who told me that they were trying to force a $1.300 charge to my account. I said STOP and do not pay it until I phone them. I called and ended with an extremely abusive young lady and was forced into a 4 day continuous argument about what was done, not done, charged etc etc. Eventually I got sick of it all and agreed to pay them $350.00. | |I believe this company practices the hateful "Bait & Switch" technique. I caution any one who decides to employ them that they count their fingers before and after the experience to insure they are all there! |BE cautions Be VERY cautious. | |By the way: After phoning the next company on the list (Heise Plumbing) They were the exact polar opposite of these bozo's! The were quick courteous, and extremely efficient. They had no problem finding and clearing the drain in the light well and did it in less than an hour! Since than I have used Heise many times and always recommend them as A+ truly superb!

Description of Work: I called Cabrillo out to do three things. Install a pressure regulator for water pressure, replace the trap under kitchen sink, quote on a new water heater. The plumber did the first two items and had no difficulty for $1750. His quote for the hot water heater was $5k for water heater and installation (no additional plumbing required).

Description of Work: PUT IN NEW FAUCET AND NEW PLUMBING UNDER THE SINK AS WELL AS NEW SHOWER HEAD.
