Description of Work: The technician was a little late, but the office called to let me know and explain. He was very knowledgeable and very professional. Checked and repaired leaks in 4 different sinks in the house. Office manager called afterwards to find out how it went. One sink started leaking again and they came back right away to look into it--turns out it was a new problem, but they fixed it anyway, no extra charge. I really liked their professionalism, attention to good customer service, and their willingness to explain everything. It was nice of them to not charge for the second time, even though it wasn't their fault (my contractor put the faucet flange in upside down). It ended up being a bit more than I anticipated, but I definitely recommend them and would use them again.

Description of Work: I need to ask for a refund of a coupon I bought from Angie's List earlier this week for Cabrillo Plumbing "Last Chance $99 for $200 Worth of Plumbing Services". I purchased two of these coupons, which the website allowed me to do, but it did not mention anywhere on the site that I could not use these for two properties. Cabrillo just sent their plumber over and the estimates he gave for work were OUTRAGEOUS. $1400 to move a spigot ten feet under the deck. He spend over an hour just writing paperwork and taking up my time. When I asked him what he could do for $200 (the value of this coupon), he said he could snake a toilet, but a sink would be $275(!!!!!). He confessed that Cabrillo was expensive and went on and on about all the insurance they need and the vans they have and all of their other overhead, and about his engineering degree, taking up more and more of my time. These coupons with Cabrillo are WORTHLESS, and I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. Please refund the full amount that I made the mistake of paying for this "deal". Thank you. Description of Work: Cabrillo relocated gas and water piping for my gas stove and refrigerator. They also installed a new low consumption toilet that I purchased from them. Very high quality work by men who knew what they were doing.

Description of Work: Their top guy (I'd presume, since he did such a great job) came out and did the video survey of our main drain line that ran from the rear of the house all the way to the clean-out at the street. I had been worried that a slow drain in the basement (for the washing machine) was backing up due to an obstruction in the main drain, and that curing that was going to be an expensive job. It turned out that the blockage was in a buried shared pipe leading from the tub and floor drain to the main drain and that was much easier to deal with. This was $99.00 well spent. Great job.

Description of Work: I have to say how very impressed and pleased by the services rendered by the Technician from Cabrillo Plumbing Heat and Air. They were punctual and provided the required services which was to clear and check main sewer line. He did not rush and I asked several questions that he was more than happy to answer. Description of Work: Cabrillo offered a complete whole house plumbing inspection, and it was complete. and they gave me an estimate.

Description of Work: I used the coupon on Angie's list for an inspection from this company. After having them come to the house I realized that this was the kind of inspection that companies usually do for free to give an estimate of the work needed. Why should I spend $100 to have a company tell me how much it would cost for them to fix everything?! Their estimate seemed high so I asked another company for a similar estimate, which they provided for FREE. Their cost was considerablely cheaper AND they did an excellent job!

Description of Work: We had to have pipes moved for roofing and a big leak in the main stack fixed. The guys showed up when they said, were very thorough and polite. They took time and care to explain all the charges and to show us the problems. Daniel, especially, was super responsible and nice.
