It went very well and very smoothly. The dual check valve was a specialized part and no other plumbing contractor I spoke with was willing to go to the trouble of actually finding it for me. They did a very nice job with the refrigerator and installed a little box in the wall for the valve and left me with some copper tubing to hook up the fridge. It would have been nice if they had patched the hole but at least they left me with the drywall they cut out so I could do it. On the downside, they scorched some insulation and didn't tell me about it while they were soldering some pipes and left bits of solder all over a counter in the garage. They also ruined a couple of t-shirts with bits of solder. They also could have installed the dual check valve in a slightly more out of the way spot. If not for these little things I would definitely give them an A and I would definitely use them again.
Description of Work: Installed a water line to the kitchen for a new refrigerator, ran a larger copper pipe to the backyard for irrigation, installed a dual-check valve for back-flow prevention.
