+ -1 moreHe does quality work, He strives to be on time and with his on call job this is very difficult. He works very hard. He takes pride in his business and will work late into the evening. If there is a problem with the work he will take care of it. His prices are in line and usually less than most repair services. Always a gentleman. A Good guy who Loves German Shepards.
Description of Work: Repaired My DCS 6 burner stove, also repairs my washers/ dryers/ heaters/ many more stoves and Heaters for my properties I own. I have worked with Favio for at least 20 years.

+ -1 moreI am clearly unhappy with the way it turned out. Especially since this was the first time I relied on Angie's List for a referral. The business skills, showing up on time, written invoice, etc. were all up to par. The tool malfunction I could almost put up with, but it became clear to me that he didn't have the most experience with this type of problem and I wish he had walked away from the job.
Description of Work: I had a refrigerator that wasn't getting cold. It was less than 5 years old. C&C appliance repair looked at it and told me it must have a leak and needed to be recharged. After using a faulty torch and burning the insulation in a large area, he had to go to a hardware store and get a new torch. He then came back and put a new valve on (??) and recharged it. The refrigerator got cold and I paid him $250. He said that if it leaked again, it was somewhere in the system and the whole thing would have to be replaced. Well, a day later I was shopping for a new refrigerator. I'm not sure if I believe that a relatively new refrigerator would just spring a non-fixable leak after working well for years. I am pretty sure that his repair didn't do anything but waste my time and money.

+ -1 moreThe other company (not C&C) had ordered the wrong part and had banged the range out of whack trying to get the wrong part to fit in. Second company (not C&C) was unable to undo the damage. Flavio of C&C (the third company) figured out the problem, ordered the correct parts, undid the damage the other company had done, and got everything to fit and work properly. He is extremely polite, knowledgable, clean, does a great job, and was even very sweet to my dog. I would hire him for any appliance repair. I found him through my home warranty plan (Old Republic), so I only had to pay the $50 fee. I'm not sure how much the actual labor and parts would have cost me without my insurance plan.
Description of Work: Flavio repaired my range after two other companies gave up on it. Two burners, outside rings and drip pans were replaced.
