Description of Work: Two bathroom remodels. We were very pleased with the outcome. They completed transformed our 1.5 bathrooms to two full baths building a custom shower, all new tub/shower tiles and floors, installed new sinks, new lighting and moved laundry. There were some minor glitches which they dealt with promptly and with professionalism, including redoing a small portion of the tile work without charge. We highly recommend this company .

Description of Work: Mr. Hong returned my call promptly. However, he was unable to set a reasonable time frame in which to come look at the job, saying only that he could be there "on Friday." |I canceled the appointment-if a contractor can't set a time for a simple meeting, what chance is there the job will be done on time? Mr. Hong's email reply: "I think of busy contractor always can't have any pacific time about a week time ahead." |The other contractors I contacted had no such problem.

Description of Work: Called Bo up for a quote or ballpark figure for an addition we are interested in doing Didn't even get that. Maybe he's right, and I should get drawings first... but why would I got drawings without knowing if the project is even in my budget? He's the 3rd contractor I called and the only one unwilling to give me a ballpark figure. Told me to figure it out myself.

Description of Work: Bo provided an estimate for a master suite and laundry addition to the lower level of our Miraloma home. Bo is extremely knowledgeable, punctual, and reasonably priced. Though we ended up going with another contractor (due to timing/scheduling issues on our end), we would definitely consider using Bo in the future.

+ 1 more1. The owner Bo is a very knowledgeable and an easy going person. He measured all the cabinets, made a CAD drawing and forwarded it to us for approval. Once it was approved we got quotes for the cabinets, marble tiles, mosaic, granite, sink etc but then we were not so sure. Bo visited the stores in SFO along with us and helped pick the right cabinets, granite, sink, etc. His Mandarin speaking skills helped us get a good discount as well. 2. The first day, he picked up most of the materials and stored it in our garage. He and his 2 professional team members pretty much tore down the entire kitchen in a day. 3. They were done installing the cabinets in 2~3 days and the backsplash with mosaic. 4. He brought a granite guy to install the counter tops and the granite around the windows. The granite guy brought his truck to pick up the granite but then Bo suggested that the granite is was way to thick and heavy for the cabinets. Bo and his granite guy then helped me return the granite and get the right one. 5. The granite was installed in 2 days and then they installed the crown molding, electrical fixtures, etc. 6. After this was done, my wife felt the light in the kitchen wasn't enough, so we had him install 4-6 more lights. He did not charge extra for the labor even though he had sealed the dry wall. 7. He then install the under cabinet lights and finishing touches.
Description of Work: Complete remodel of the kitchen. Removed the old cabinets, counter tops, flooring, backsplash, electrical fixtures and ceiling. Installed new marble flooring, cabinets, sink, granite counter top, back splash with mosaic, electrical fixtures, recessed lights, crown molding for ceiling, granite around the window, new paint on ceiling.
