Budget Blinds of San Francisco SW

Firstly, because of backorder, it took about 5 weeks instead of 2.5 weeks as estimated. This is not necessarily bad, but I had to contact them to find out. I would have appreciated a call. The way it works is also not convenient, you call a message service, have to leave all your details every time (very annoying) and then (most times, not every time) they call back. Because of the long wait time, I made a separate appointment for the everything, but the drapes that where still on backorder. My HoA requires all contractors to be off site by 4;30pm. I had clearly communicated this, and despite that, they did not finish on time. They arrived somewhere mid morning, instead of 9-9:30am as promised. Then the drapes: the first appointment: they did not show up and did not even call. Again I had to initiate contact through their inefficient call back system. The second time, the came and hang up the drapes. Lastly, I had explained I want my bedroom to be completely dark. Instead of suggesting a valence, I had to ask for it after the installation. I contact them for a quote, and after the first reply: they would get back to, they never did. 1) the quality of the products is good, I like what I have. 2)'Budget' does not seem appropriate in the tile.. 3) The service, reachability, getting back etc is abysmal

I am writing a review because I really like this provider! His product is good, timeframe is good, service is good, and pricing is good. If anyone is looking for solar shades, this is definitely a place you should not miss. To my regret, I ended up not using his service (it was a very hard choice) only because another provider is currently doing a job at my building. I want everything to go quickly with my HOA board, hence I decided to use a contractor who just passed their scrutiny!

I can't say enough about how positive my experience with Budget Blinds was. I contacted them for an estimate to hang my draperies. Alex responded back promptly with a very reasonable quote. I decided to give Budget Blinds a try. While trying to schedule our appointment, the first few dates that were available conflicted with my work schedule. Alex was extremely accommodating and scheduled a day and time that worked out perfectly for me. In order to access the window, I needed to move some heavy furniture in my room. I stressed my concern that I would not be able to get the assistance needed in time to clear the path for the work that was to be done. I was assured that they would be glad to move the furniture for me and install my coat rack. On the day of the service, Alex and his co-worker Alex, arrived right on time. They were both extremely, warm, approachable and professional. They finished the job quickly and to perfection. As you can see, they stepped way above and beyond what the original plan was. I will definitely contact them again for my next project and recommend them to my friends.

The experience was pleasant , and stress free. Once I placed my order, Alex and his crew did the rest.
