+ -1 moreThey looked over my home and gave me an estimate which I chose not to accept, but they were decent people. The estimate was more than what I paid for the company I went with. They were came out within a reason time period and were on time. They were professional.
Description of Work: Bruce Parsley came out last summer and gave me an estimate for painting the exteriors of my house.

+ 1 moreI have known Bruce for several years, as our paths have crossed doing home repairs. When we needed to get our Victorian Condo building painted, I contacted Bruce for a bid. His price was about 30% lower than the other bids we got, and he did an excellent job. The job site was kept clean every day and care was taken with everything that he did. Bruce is able to do carpentry repairs that eliminate the need for another person to do this work during a painting project. Bruce is very personable and easy to work with. I recommend him highly for any painting projects that you have.
Description of Work: Painted the front exterior of our 3 story Victorian Condo in Pacific Heights.
