+ -1 moreI was a given a quote and asked to make a down payment of more than a third of the total job cost. I was told the work would be completed in 2 weeks, and no more than 3 weeks. For the following two weeks, I called Beny's Iron Works multiple times, but without response. The work was eventually completed to fairly good quality.
Description of Work: The contractor was to install two hand railings.
