Chris listened with care and understood my concerns. He saw what needed to be done and was able to offer pertinent suggestions and options. He and his crew were punctual,respectful, and conscientious. Communication was excellent: easy to approach with questions and additional requests. Chris kept me apprised of progress and scheduling. He dealt with difficult tenants and city inspectors for me. His equanimity kept me calm and confident during what I had anticipated to be a difficult period. A year later, his work still looks good! I recommend him without reservation!
Description of Work: Chris Foster and his crew took care of a variety of projects around my duplex -- including removal and replacement of rear deck and stairs, installation of lights in passageway under the house, installation of entry door lights and peep hole, repair of entry door jamb, inspection of circuit breakers, replacement of kitchen floor tiles, repair of sliding door lock .. and more. Chris took care of all the dealings with City Hall: requirements and applications for permits, scheduling and meeting with inspectors after the job was done.

Description of Work: Last September I used Bayshore Builder. They repaired the door frame, the kitchen tiles, installed light in the passage way under the house, also the entry light, repaired the sliding glass door, removed, rebuilt a small back porch and did general repair around the house.
