 + -1 moreHe was okay. They did a really nice job. I was pretty satisfied with everything. The room looks really nice. It's better than it was before the flood. They hired very good painters. It all came out just fine.
Description of Work: They did some restoration work from water damage when we had a flood in our laundry room.

 + -1 moreWell, we couldn't be happier. My father, a retired Realtor, was very impressed with the workers and very pleased with the results also. Thanks Manny, and please thank everyone involved in the restoration of my home. They all did a terrific job!
Description of Work: Manny at Bay Metro Corporation is on State Farm's preferred contractors' list. I had several companies to choose from, and after reading a favorable review on Angie's List, I chose his company to restore my laundry room which had suffered water damage after a flood. Acting as my general contractor, he hired subcontractors to install new drywall, insulation, and paint the room. The work was performed quickly and very professionally by very hard working men. They did a terrific job and the room looks very nice. After being delighted with the outcome of the work, I decided to have new windows installed too. Oh my God, what a beautiful job his window crew did! I love, love, love my new Milgard windows, and I am so happy I went with Manny's company. The two windows are framed so beautifully they just make all the difference in the appearance of my home. I can't wait to replace them all. We have really noticed how much warmer the laundry room is now. I know I'll save money this winter on heating bills. Manny was always available by phone or email, he gave me good advice when I needed it, and I found him to be a very knowledgeable and an honest man. Thanks Manny. I'm so glad I know you. With a 55 year-old home, I now know who to turn to when I need work done.
