Description of Work: The men arrived promptly and were polite. I give them an "A" on those qualities. The cleaning was thorough and they followed my initial instructions exactly. Why not an overall "A" rating? Because when they finished, there was excess water running on the floor in one area and the carpet was so wet in a few places that it squished when walked on. Since there is hardwood underneath, I was worried the floor could warp. Both the servicemen and the manager (called him, too) dismissed my worries. "This is normal." Well, no, it's not normal to be THAT wet. I've had lots of carpet cleaning and this was not as dry as it should have been. Told manager I'd call them back if the floor was warping. Servicemen would not give me their names. Overall, a B or B-.

Description of Work: cleaning of stairway stairs was the priority, and they look excellent.

Description of Work: Loved these guys...very no nonsense professionals. If you want a bunch of small talk and fuzzy customer service don't use them. If you want the job done quickly and perfectly, use them.

Description of Work: Had a coupon for a big deal - Hallway and 3 rooms. He came about 1/2 hour earlier than scheduled time which was fine with me. Was very professional and completed job quickly. Carpet was clean but my last carpet cleaner (another company) did a better job. I was told that it would take 4-6 hours to dry but it took 4 days to dry completely...partly due to the wet cold weather we were having and we don't use our central heathing.

Description of Work: Steam-cleaned 3 rooms plus stairs in about an hour. Very professional and knowledgeable. We just had to leave before it was all dry so could not leave doors and windows open.
