Description of Work: I got a few estimates and Bartlett was the most professional and competitive in pricing. Bill was prompt in returning my phone calls. When I told him I was an Angie's List customer I got an additional 10%off. They cut down a 50 year-old Hollywood Juniper that had outgrown its space and was causing damage to brick retaining walls and posing a threat to pedestrians. The crew was on time, cut down the tree and cleaned up very well.

+ -1 moreBARLETT TREE DID AN EXTREMELY GOOD JOB OF CLEANING UP OUR REDWOODS. THEY HAD GROWN HIGH AND THICK. THEY RECOMMENDED THAT WE NOT 'CROWN' THE TREES OR THEY WOULD BUSH OUT SIDEWAYS IN THE COMING YEARS. BEFORE THE CREW STARTED WORK, THEY REVIEWED WITH ME WHAT THEY PLANNED TO DO. DURING THE WORK, THEY ASKED ME TO INSPECT IT AND WANTED TO MAKE CERTAIN THAT THEY WERE DOING EXACTLY WHAT I WANTED AND NEEDED. THE END RESULT WAS THEY DID A GREAT JOB. THE TREES LOOK GREAT AND IT WAS A PLEASURE TO WORK WITH THEM. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM FOR TREE WORK.
Description of Work: PRUNED THREE TOWERING REDWOODS THAT SOAR OVER THREE STORIES HIGH IN OUR BACKYARD. WORK INCLUDED CLEANING TO REMOVE ALL DEAD, DISEASED AND BROKEN BRANCHES THAT WERE 1/2' IN DIAMETER AND LARGER THROUGHOUT THE CROWN OF THE TREES WITH THE GOAL TO IMPROVE THE APPEARANCE & HEALTH AND REDUCE BRANCH FAILURE.
