+ 2 moreWe had to order the windows and everything. We have the windows now but the weather is not right to start everything. As far as the windows, he gave me the best price on them. A friend of mine had used him to do some work on an apartment that he was renting out and he really liked his work so that’s why I’m using him. He said he did very good work. It’s better to go somebody that had some work done and was happy with it than to find somebody that I didn’t even know. He's been diamond certified, too.
Description of Work: I got an estimate from Balla Construction & Design to replace some windows and get the dry rot in the windows, on my floor, and subfloor. The stucco is going to have to be replaced, too.
