 + -1 moreI had an embroidered window seat top made into cushion, after it had been sitting in my dresser for at least 6 years. I brought in the top and remaining fabric to Jim Attard. Jim recommended piping, which I agreed with, and since I didn't have enough fabric for piping, he told me how exactly much additional fabric to buy. I was envisioning a 2" thick cushion; Jim recommended 3", warning me that if it was too thin, that it would "look like a pancake." However, since the finished cushion wasn't too big -- 14" x 47" -- and the seat was already 18" high off the ground, I didn't want it to look too fat and in the end, we agreed on 2.5", which turned out to be in perfect proportion.
Description of Work: A window seat cushion with contrasting piping, filled with foam, and zippered for easy removal.
