They came out and treated the area, and also preventive sprayed a few areas that were usual entry points for beetles. These guys are very nice and seem to know what they are talking about. (total $350 price for treatment). A note about the review before this... Beetle damage has nothing to do with season. The damage is done by the larva, not the beetles, which only come out for brief periods, mate and die. You know about beetle damage based on the little holes they make in the wood. They are a a slow and nasty creature, that can take years to do significant damage. But once done... the wood will need to be replaced. I found Arnest to be punctual and professional every time I used them.

We hired these guys to repair some dry-rot on the front of our house. It took them months to even get us on their schedule, and then they didn't show up the day they were supposed to... no call, no message, nada. We chased them down, they eventually called back with some lame excuse. This went on for weeks... months! The work they did on our deck stairs was really shoddy, to the point that we made them replace a number of the boards. Even worse, the building inspector had to point out that there were missing brackets to load-bearing structural elements. (This was on a 2-story-tall brace that holds up our laundry room/bathroom.) The stucco guy they hired to patch over their work was incompetent. He put sand in the stucco, even though it was plainly obvious that the original stucco was smooth, and didn't even attempt to match the pattern of the existing wall.

THIS COMPANY WAS VERY CAREFULLY ATTENTIVE WITH GETTING RID OF THE COBWEBS AND THE SPIDERS WE HAD IN OUR BASEMENT. WE HAVE A ON GOING CONTRACT WITH THIS COMPANY TO MAINTAIN OUR PEST CONTROL NEEDS.
