+ -1 moreI had a service technician come out to diagnose my refrigerator 3 weeks ago. The part needed to be ordered, and after paying for the part, I scheduled the repair for 7 days after the initial diagnosis. The repairman did not show during the scheduled time, and I was called the next day to reschedule. I scheduled it for 8 days after that. The day before my second appointment, I was called, and asked to reschedule again. I requested to speak with a manager regarding the multiple reschedules. I was told I would hear back from one. The next appointment was scheduled for 7 days later. I called 5 days later as I had not heard from a manager. I was told I would be called back. On the day of the next appointment I was called and told that they would need to reschedule again. I have still not heard from a manager.

Description of Work: Completely dropped the ball. Tech was fine. Diagnosed problem within minutes: Wolf Induction Cooktop power control board had failed, in part. Part no longer available. Left telling us that cooktop was irreparable unless an identical part could be found on the secondary market (he actually searched EBay during the service call) but we would receive follow-up from "home office" after they looked into it further. Never heard from "home office". Assumed that meant no solution could be found and we effectively had to contemplate replacing the cooktop in its entirety which would require recutting the stone countertops (a massively difficult job) because newer models have different dimensions. Our own inquiries disclosed that Wolf has factory authorized replacement part available. In fact, Wolf commits to making replacement parts for its cooktops available for 20 years! In follow up with "home office" initiated by us, they were of no assistance. Spouted some nonsense about how this is not the original part so they would not work with it (although Wolf authorized replacement part and Wolf authorized repair will?). In my opinion, totally disingenuous. I am more than a little annoyed and disappointed.
