ANNUZZI CONCRETE SERVICE

Scheduling was problematic, but once they showed up, the crew did a great job. Does not appear to be a specialty shop--no discussion of rebar or other reinforcement, no discussion of concrete strengths, and no instruction to owners on curing.

I never received a return call from Annuzzi.

The company was very fast and efficient. They did excellent work and I appreciated the professionalism they used while getting the job done. Always punctual and on time. They were in and out very quickly and cleaned up very well. Their price was comparable with other quotes I had. I would recommend them to anyone to conduct similar service.

Called Annuzzi and requested an estimate on my garage. The garage was in bad shape and clearly need a good bit of work, so I had a few folks come out to give me estimates. Annuzzi's estimate was fair (more than some and less than some) so I decided to call and ask if they were at all flexible or if it was a final offer, and soon learned the latter ($5800), not a problem I thought, so without further adue I decided I still wanted to go with Annuzzi. I called the next day and left a message with receptionist that I would like the work done by them and the price was not a problem; no call back. Called again a day later; again no call back. This lasted 6 days (I left 4 messages in that time) and it was obvious this job was too 'small time' for them or something. So in an incredibly unprofessional manner, they chose to make me aware of this by simply not ever calling me back. Oddly, when I mentioned that I would be leaving some feedback stating as such, I got a call back right away.

MY OVERALL EXPERIENCE WAS GOOD. THEY DID AN EXCELLENT JOB POURING THE CONCRETE AND SMOOTHING IT OUT. THE WORK WAS DONE IN A TIMELY MATTER. PERMITS WERE PULLED BY THE COMPANY AND UNION WORKERS WERE USED.
