AMSI was great to work with! We were contacted by and an agent (James) who informed us on how to turn our investment property into a cash cow! We enlisted our property in their furnished management program which is basically a free service! Our property was marketed and rented almost overnight with a corporate client. They take the worry out of property management! No calls from tenants, all the tax documents are prepared, and the property is kept in pristine shape! The property management team is very knowledgeable of San Francisco housing laws and regulations and we were supplied with a perfect tenant. Highly recommend them to anyone in SF!
Description of Work: We were contacted by an AMSI agent (James) with a corporate client in need of housing. He came out showed the property and explained the AMSI management program. We were so delighted to find this service that we decided to join the program!
