I think that went okay. It was shortly after I bought it. I don't think that they did anything extra. I thought they would like wash the rain gutters, they weren't going to do that. I said, come on, all you have to do...and I pulled out my ladder, showed them a demonstration of Awesome (it is a liquid cleaner) and I said, let me show you, you just spray that on there. I got on the ladder and sprayed it on there, got a sponge and wiped it off, the mold and everything came off just fine. It seemed liked they weren't really too experienced on cleaning rain gutters.

They were good. The Big Deal worked out okay. The staff that came out was fine. I had no concerns at all. Everything was really good.

It went pretty good. I think overall i'm very pleased with their service. They actually after they were done they actually cleaned the side of the house to make sure there was no dirt on the wall, so I found that very satisfying.

The service went well. 2-3 technicians were out and completed the work in about an hour. They told me what they would do and if they found any problems. They were polite, efficient and did a good job. I had no problem scheduling the deal and they arrived on time. I would use the company again.

They did an okay job. Scheduling an appointment was okay. They did the work when I was not there.

I have the level lower blind that have assured and if it dirties them then it’s very difficult to clean and they took care of everything. I have double windows in the kitchen and the living room and so from the inside when they clean them they didn’t trap and didn’t trace into the walls.

It was fine. The job was fine and I had no problem with them. They came within probably a month from when I purchased the big deal. They were additional charges because it depends on the number of eaves you have. I was expecting that. It was only $20 over. It was part of the deal and expected. It's trouble free and as expected. I made the appointment and they came out. From what I remember, quality was fine.

It worked out well. I have since switched to recessed gutters, but had I not I would have used them again.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It was great. They did a good job. There were no additional charges. They gave me a time and told me what they were going to do. It happened without incident. They kept their word and things went well. The gutters performed better afterwards. We learned that we should do it more often. It was an effective thing to do and the price was good. I would consider using them again.

The service went well. We are thinking about hiring the company again. My husband primarily dealt with the company. They did exactly what the deal stated. The technicians did a nice job. I had no problem scheduling the deal.

They did a good job with the gutters, but they didn't clean up the debris they took out of them. They did a great job with the windows the year before. They also have very pleasant personalities. I would use them again for my windows.

They did a fantastic job.The price was great, they were professional, and they did a wonderful job. I had purchased the big deal for $119 but I added in a couple extra windows, and screens, so the total was about $150. Their thoroughness stood out. The windows ended up very clean, they took care of everything, and they did exactly what I asked them to. They knew what they were doing.

I had purchased a big deal for the service. Everything went well, and we were happy. The pricing was a good deal, and the quality was very good.

It worked out pretty well. I appreciated their persistence in completing the job. All of my windows are French paned, so the larger windows in my living room were considered two windows. They were prompt and I was pleased with the results. There were a few missed spots, but overall I was very happy with having the windows cleaned.

They were pretty good. I did need them to go back over and hit some spots they had missed. The only thing I didnt like was that the deal had advertised for 3000 sq ft and they were only going to honor 400 sq ft until I printed off the coupon and showed them what was advertised.

I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal for this service and it worked out okay. I thought I would see more results from the pressure washing, but I guess it was not as obvious to me. However, they did their job and the window cleaning also turned out pretty well. I don't really have anything that stood out, likes or dislikes. I spent above the price of the Big Deal because I had them do extra windows.

The service went fine. They pressure washed the windows. Scheduling was fairly easy. There were a couple people who came out for the service.

The guys were really nice. They worked very efficiently. It didn't take very long. After they left, I noted that there were some scratches on my windows. They had a rug that had a little pebble or a piece of dirt on it. It certainly wasn't enough for me to call about it. I don't think I'll do that again. There was a very quick turnaround time. That's one of the things that I had been pleased about.

I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal for this service and they did a good job. The only surprise I had was that they did not clean the inside of the windows; they only cleaned the outside, but would have done the inside for an additional cost. I thought they were going to do the whole window, but they only did one side. I think I might have misread the Big Deal information. They did an excellent job on the part that they did, but I thought I was getting both the inside and outside cleaned. They came out to do the job within 5 to 7 days after I purchased the deal. They were on time and did a thorough job. They were clean, careful and did not splash over my window sills. It was quality service and they were very responsive and punctual.

They were fast and it’s good.
