Description of Work: I used AR General Contractor three months ago. I was having a leak and he was able to trace it to some damaged and rotten window frames which he then replaced and sanded and painted.

 + -1 moreAlvaro did an absolutely terrific job. He was very pleasant, professional, punctual, and tidy. He was able to repair and paint behind the toilet without removing and re-installing it, and the room, which was previously in dire shape, now looks wonderful. The entire project went more easily than I had imagined, and he worked steadily, carefully, and produced a result of excellent quality. He repaired cracks and an area of damaged drywall, installed baseboards, primed and painted. I plan to hire him again to refurbish other rooms in my house.
Description of Work: Repaired damaged drywall and painted a 1924 bathroom.
