+ -1 moreThe job started with our removal of the original 130-year-old floor, as the tongue-and-groove flooring was beginning to pop tiles off the surface when you walked on it. When we opened it up, it was clear the plumbing needed replacing as well. On the recommendation of a friend, I called Steve. The job went very smoothly. I always felt that Steve knew what he was doing, and that he would get the job done. His pipe layout was workmanlike. Joints were very nice. I could tell that I was dealing with a true professional in every sense of the word. In addition to doing the work, Steve was a pleasure to be around. He has a pleasant disposition and a smile for everyone he meets. I would trust him with any plumbing job, no matter whether it was large or small. I don't think I could find a better plumber.
Description of Work: Steve completely re-plumbed a bathroom in a Victorian house that hadn't been done in more than 50 years. He put in new cast iron drain lines and vents and all new copper pipe on the pressure side. Much of the work was in the walls and under the floor. It also included a new four inch drop from the second floor to grade, and a new vent to the roof.
