Alex responded quickly to my request to power-wash my two-story condo building, and he provided a reasonable and fair estimate. During the power wash it became obvious that the four-year-old paint had deteriorated and a new paint job was needed. He gave me another reasonable estimate and then spent a week prepping, patching and repairing the stucco, siding and window frames before repainting. In his drive to beautify my building he also cleaned out the light fixtures, repainted doors, gates, window ledges, front entrance, mailboxes, etc. When he and his assistant, Antonio, were finished, everything was cleaned up and everything gleamed. It was a pleasure working with Alex and his staff, and I heartily recommend his services. You'll get even more than your asked for, all at competitive pricing.

Alex was great, he called me right away and gave me a quote. He was reasonable with his pricing and was very willing to help me with everything I wanted to get done. He was prompt and kind. He said he'd be at my house at 9, and arrived 8:50. I appreciate his work and would for sure ask him back when my house exterior gets bad again.

Alex is focused and efficient. He inspects the job thoroughly, gives a fair big, and gets the work done in the timeframe specified. He provided photos of his completed work and was very thorough.
