Alex Power Wash - Unlicensed Contractor

Alex called me immediately and I scheduled him to do the work site unseen. I was very happy with the outcome. Have never met Alex but am impressed with his prompt and courteous customer service.

Alex Power Wash went over and beyond. They were truly professional. Mr. Figueiredo understood and assessed our building needs, asked the right questions, and drew up a very detailed list of the jobs and estimated cost. The tasks Mr. Figueiredo and his employee performed were outstanding. He had predicted 3 hours of work, but because he was so thorough and did more than expected, Alex was here for 5 hours. Came, did the power washing job professionally, for a very fair price. Will use them again.

Not only was the agreed upon work done very well, but additional power washing was done in areas if cleaning was required for a complete job. Most important was the good communications to keep us informed as to date & time and if running late for unforeseen reasons.

To be honest price should be a bit lower and arrival time was an hour late but otherwise they did more than I originally requested.Plus,they used our water supply.

Alex responded to my quote request within minutes, and scheduled an appointment immediately. He arrived on time and worked steadily all day. His work was thorough despite a fair amount of clutter around the back of the house. Our only complaints are a broken security light and debris spray into one garden bed. Even so, I would hire him again. It was a job well done.

CONFIDENTIAL Alex washed roof and house. Also cleared front and backyard weeds. Put bark ground cover in the front and backyard. He gave me an estimate for the project which included material and labor. Halfway down the line he wanted to cutback on the ground cover cost and demanded more money stating he under estimated the job. I would advice a prospective customer of Alex to obtain full project estimate in writing prior to the project initiation. NO estimate in the email before he starts.

I was originally working with a well-known company who was going to drop off a mini dumpster because I needed to have 10 cubic yards of junk hauled away, however up until the day before the job was supposed to be paid for they failed to tell me they do not work on Sundays!!! I had to find a dumpster to rent, that would also be able to deliver on sundays, and for the same amount I had budgeted for originally then still have it filled up and taken away all within 48 hours!!! I was stressed. I called numerous other companies and only received a few replies but Alex called me within 5 minutes!! All the quotes I received from the few that did respond we're outrageous and nothing close to what I was planning to pay for with the original company, but Alex gave me the exact price that my budget allowed and was even including the labor with it which the original company did not!! He came with his hauling truck ready to work and on a Sunday also which no other company was willing to do!! Alex arrived early ready to work and with a great attitude. We had the job done within 2 hours!!! Alex was very efficient and easy to work with!!! I would highly recommend him to anybody looking for junk removal services!! If I could give more than five stars I would!!! Let me tell you this don't waste your time with anybody else!!! This is the guy you want!! Alex worked very hard and produced very fine work. We're very happy with his work. And he was priced reasonably. He powerwashed the eaves of our house. He is a wonderful person. I thoroughly enjoyed talking with him.

Alex had some problem with his power washing machine at first but once he got started he did an excellent job for a good price. He was customer friendly & easy to work with.
