Alex came out on a Sunday. Did a great job at a fair price.

I hired Alex to power wash the oil stain in the parking spot of my condo garage. He was able to come by and clean on the same day that I called him. He took pictures of the spot and treated it with cleaner and said it would dry perfectly. Much of the oil did come off, but it didn't dry as perfectly as I had hoped. It was still a good job and great customer service.

Alex quickly responded to my request with a price quote to power wash my roof. He offered a discount for wok at my house and my neighbor's house. The work was thoroughly done and he cleaned up the house grounds after he completed the work. I would recommend him to others.

Alex provided an immediate reply and quote. He completed the job in the time he quoted, although he power washed more than expected. Everything looks fresh driveway, the tile walkway/steps/porch; rear concrete walkway, steps, deck, planters. Just water, no chemicals. Thank you Alex you re great to work with!

Alex was very professional and knowledgeable in the use of the equipment to do the power wash. The building was left nice and clean and so was the garage and backyard. Alex is great. He always answers his phone, and he cleaned my three roofs and my gutters the day after I hired him. I was very very pleased with the fast response time, and he and his assistant did a beautiful job. It was a big job too because my roofs had been badly neglected. They were covered with dead leaves and dirt, and the gutters were seriously clogged. Alex cleaned my steps and carport as well! They now look great too. Thee price they charged was reasonable too for all the work they did. I'm very happy with them, and I will call them again the next time i need my roofs and gutters cleaned.

This was a very positive experience for us. He was prompt -even ahead of time. Seemed to do extra work besides what we had talked about. The house looks like it has been freshly painted.
