I am satisfied, also tenants, but Alex had to change time which was not convenient for me.

Alex was fantastic. He was able to squeeze in a last minute evening appointment and left a disgusting carpet looking practically new. He was friendly and professional. I kept his card for any future jobs we need. (Photos are before and after)

Alex arrived with his equipment on time, set up, cleaned rugs that had been mistreated by cats. He got the stains out, leaving the rugs beautifully clean. He was throughly professional and pleasant - I I've already recommended him whole-heartedly to friends.

Sometimes it is very difficult to get a straight forward estimate from the Big Boys in the carpet cleaning business, especially for a fairly small service. Therefore it was refreshing to deal with Alex. When I spoke to him on the phone and described the work I wanted done he asked me a few questions and then gave me an estimate which was lower than the minimum charged by Stanley Steemer. He was easy to work with, arrived on time, and did a wonderful job on a stair runner which hadn't been cleaned for 2 years. I certainly would call on him again for my carpet cleaning needs.

Alex was prompt, polite, and professional. He answered my call right away and gave me a great quote. He has years of experience and now owns this business. It shows that he cared about his work. I felt really at ease with him and would definitely recommend him or work with him again!
