+ -1 moreValerie worked closely with the sellers and us get the deal done and even provided alternatives for funding and service providers. The deal was complicated since it required a construction loan rather than conventional financing. She was able to meet with contractors when we couldn't make it to the site and was extremely flexible with us. When the deal finally fell thru, we were terribly disappointed for ourselves, but also for Valerie based on all of the work she put into it.
Description of Work: We worked with Valerie Ruma and she was spectacular. Went out of her way to make a complicated transaction go as smoothly as it possibly could (the deal eventually fell thru due to extensive repair estimates). Highly recommend her services.

+ -1 moreThey are all over. Ms. Rachael Percival is the person that I dealt with. It is not finished yet but so far, I would like to grade them highly for about everything. They are very organized, very calm and very clear in their communication. They are very gentle and thorough. You basically will feel like you are in really good hands with her and her team. There are a couple of other people in the team as well who are real estate agents. I have not spent anything yet and so, I don't know about the price.
Description of Work: I used Alain Pinel Realtors in the middle of December 2011 for realtor services.
