It went well. the 2 women were efficient and fast.

Adiana spent a lot of time getting a very dirty bathtub back in order. She also moves furniture to get around and under things --she's super strong. All in all, great job!

There was more there than the team could get through in the time allotted, but they made a brave start and stayed two extra hours. Definitely went above and beyond and did a good job.

I did not see house after cleaning, but our landlord was happy. Very responsive and easy to work with.

They wrote me through the message center and I called them. I left two messages. They have not returned my all. This is the second time they have not gotten back to me.

They set up an appointment with me and missed it. I've tried to contact them several times and they've never responded.

Adriana went way above and beyond taking a destroyed bachelors bedroom and making it into a livable space. Cannot say enough about her!

It was not good. I actually called up the owner and talked to him about it. It was very bad service and I ended up having to clean the toilet myself. They were very nice people- two young women but they didn't know how to clean. I think they just weren't well trained. They did the bathroom but when I looked at it after they left, I saw that they had even touched the realm and they hadn't done a decent cleaning at all- much less good. They cleaned two small rooms, small kitchen and bathroom. I paid them an extra 20$- 30$ to do the dishes.

I wasn't present when the work was completed, but my tenants had no complaints. Furthermore, communicating and scheduling the work was quick and easy.

We were impressed with Adriana's house cleaning. They were detailed, personable and did a great job.

They did a very thorough job. They spent extra time, but didn't ask for approval beforehand. I would have approved, but I feel that should be a pre-approved thing. They just kind of stayed over. We had a hard time getting a date scheduled as well.

ive been using Adrianas service for almost a year. ive just registered to the site and happy to find her service listed here so i can tell others how great work they do. they are detailed, always on time, reliable and friendly. im glad to have them!

The first time they overcharged us, but then came a second time to make up for the overcharge. Their cleaning was inferior. One example: they dusted the top of a dresser in front of some photos but never moved the photos to dust the entire top.

I purchased the deal for 4 hours of cleaning from Adriana's Cleaning, thinking that since we have a very small apartment that shouldn't take much more than an hour to clean, they could split it up into two visits. After speaking with Adriana's, they are unwilling to split it up even if I provide some additional money to cover the costs of coming out twice. Because of this, I would like to request a refund. Their normal price for the service on an apartment my size is $85, so it's not much of a deal for smaller places (save $5), and I'm going to look for a less expensive provider. Did a very good job. It has been so long ago that I do not remember the date or the cost. Cost was reasonable as I remember.

They did a good job through cleaning the kitchen, bathroom, bedrooms. they throughly cleaned all floors in the apartment. They did a great job in bathroom. I would use them again.
