Company did not come when time was scheduled twice.

We scheduled an estimate and they never showed up. I called them back and they offered a 10% discount for the inconvenience and scheduled them to come out again. We were scheduled as the first appointment of the day to make sure they wouldn't be late, but after waiting over 45 minutes we finally told them not to show up. They were always friendly on the phone, but will not be using them again.

All went very well. I called for an appointment in the morning and they were able to schedule me for that same afternoon. Showed up on time, with all the required material and did the installation in about one hour. As I watched out of curiosity, they took the time to be sure all was aligned and all fittings were tight, turned on the gas. Lit a pilot light and repeatedly asked if I needed any help in lighting others. They checked for leaks three times to be sure all was tight and were on their way. A very impressive service. I found them on Angie's list "Big Deals" and saved some money there also. The price appeared competitive, and the Deal made it better.

They did okay. They were very professional.

It went great. We were informed that the flange should be replaced on the downstairs bathroom. Plastic flange cracked and it moved. On May 5, 2014 they came back to replace flange. Problem with the builders of this home taking short cuts in building the home.The pipe was too short and the flange could not be replaced. We were not charged anything although he tried to fix the problem. His boss was going to come out to access the problem, but my mom realized that we had homeowner's insurance that could be used to pay for fixing the problem. We had to use the the homeowner insurance' contractor.

I tried to schedule with them twice, but they didn’t show up. They didn’t call me to tell me why, and after 3 months I tried again. Nobody showed up the second time either.

He was friendly, knowledgeable, efficient and I would not hesitate to contact them for future work. Thank you very much. I am a happy customer.

We called him a second time in which we bought a water heater from him which he installed. They were excellent. I have recommended them to others and will definitely use them again.

Monte was great. Took him a little longer than anticipated, but one of the meters was challenging for rerouting pipe. Would use them again.

They were really good. They responded quickly to us. They took a credit card which was nice. They sent the plumber out the next day after we called. They completed the different projects within a few days, but they always sent the same guys which was also nice. I would absolutely hire them again.

Phillip stayed late to fix the pipe and drainage issue. He checked all pipes for leakage and made sure everything was secure. He took the time to explain everything to my husband and myself. after 4 plus hours of work the bill was the same amount as he quoted before he started the work. He left our townhouse at 7;30 p.m.

We contacted Ace for a video inspection of the rainwater drains in our front yard. The person I talked to on the phone suggested that this was possible. When the technician came and saw the drains he quickly found out out that the pipes were too small for their camera and there was nothing that he could do. Also drain pipes collect more mud which makes it almost impossible to see through the camera. Ace still wanted to charge me the visit. I suppose that had the person on the phone asked a few more questions we may have saved ourselves some money and the hassle of leaving work early to make the appointment. In the end I decided to make some use of the opportunity and do a sewer line inspection so that it will not be a complete waste of time and money. The technical was punctual, professional and courteous. I would hire them again but would be more careful about communication when asking for services.

My kitchen sink faucet suddenly broke down and sprung a major leak the morning before Thanksgiving. With the coming holiday, I was pessimistic that I'd be able to take care of the problem that day. However, when I called Ace they assured me they could fit me in by late afternoon. This gave me time to go to the hardware store for a new fixture. They kept me posted on when they would come, even to my relief arriving earlier than promised. They did a fine job installing the new fixture and a new filter and line for the fridge ice-machine.

They had to reschedule the service. The person that did the estimate was not as professional as I would have hoped. They did what I needed.

I called Ace Plumbing & Rooter in the morning and a few hours later they were on-site to check on, what I suspected, a small gas leak. Sure enough, they found it, gave me a very reasonable estimate, which I accepted, and they fixed it right there and then. They also made sure my water heater and furnace came back on and both of the guys were super nice and professional. I will certainly give these guys a call any time I have any issues with anything within their realm of expertise!

They did a great job and were very efficent. The only concern I had, was my bathroom was a left a little messy.

Provider was on time and worked quickly. They even fixed a second toilet that was leaking for only the cost of parts.

If this was truly a City issue it is unfortunate that we had to call them out and spend the time and money working on it. Although I am just glad everything seems to be working again.

I made an appointment on a Sunday for this service with Ace Plumbing and Rooter. After the technician missed the appointment timeframe for this job by about 2 hours, I requested to reschedule the appointment the next day due to a commitment we had in the evening. The second appointment was scheduled in the afternoon (4:30 PM). I left work early to meet the technician at our home. After waiting 90-120 minutes for the technician to arrive, I was told that his previous appointment in San Francisco was taking longer than expected and we would have to reschedule with Ace Plumbing and Rooter again. At this point, I decided to contact another provider who was on-time for the appointment we made for the next day.

really great. Guy was awesome and professional. He diagnosed and quickly gave an estimate. The cord i bought wasn't long enough so he also went to hardware store to find right cord. Good experience.

First appointment was scheduled for Thurs, Dec 12 and I received a call a few minutes before the scheduled appt that the contracted plumber had been injured and could not come out. I was disappointed, but no concerns. Because of work travel, I called back several days later to reschedule for Monday, Dec 30 at 9am. I actually asked if that day would be an issues because of the holiday week and the scheduler said no, that the plumber for our area was working. Today is the 30th and no one showed. I called around 9:30 and the woman who answered said that the plumber for our area did not have our home on the calendar. She was not apologetic nor did she offer anything when I said I would find another plumbing company.
