Description of Work: I had the plumber come out recently. I used Ace plumbing. They were great. All he had to do was snake the sink and everything runs fine. They were very nice on the phone when I called and arrived on time to do the work. Tyrone was the gentleman that came to the house and he was very professional. The bathroom and sink was clean when the job was done. It only took 30min. Reasonably priced.

Description of Work: He was a bit late, but was stuck in traffic because of the Bay Bridge closure. He assessed both toilets and told us that only one really needed to be replaced. He was knowledgeable, helpful, and patient. He replaced one toilet, and repaired the second. We would definitely recommend Monte and ACE Plumbing & Rooter.

Description of Work: I did not have a good experience They were pleasant enough but did not seem to have a lot of experience .Did not have long enough line to check the line.( 50 feet )The area I wanted photograph was from one cleanup till the next. They said it was blocked about 20 feet out, it wasn't. Took pictures of the line underneath the house instead. (10 feet ) did not need that. Told me the sewer line did not have the right angle. ( my house is 60 years old ) just recently went through a major remodeling.Went back to my regular Roter Rooter in San Rafael. They took care of it. There was not any problem with the angle. I just wanted the line inspected. Thought maybe some roots was blocking the line someplace

Description of Work: I had a partially collapsed exterior drain (collapsed section under neighbor's yard) requiring digging trench, removl of bad pipe, repair of conduit, routing around trees, replace pipe, asphalting, putting in screens, etc.. Omar came out and spent over an hour brainstorming alternatives, giving me several options. He came back to meet with my neighbor, scoped the large run, re-thought the plan. While not the lowest bid - I gave ACE the job because I was confident they would do what was right and not what was expedient (in this case, trenchless replacement simply was not the best plan even though that was what I originally requested). Work began - but then the weather worked against us. Day 1 4 workers dug the trenches - but then we were rained out, emergencies happened requiring my project getting delayed (I volunteered since sewer breaks seemed higher priority) then the holidays ... but finally today the project was completed. Omar dealt well with emergencies, my neighbor, me ... and solved my problems. I would reco ACE.

Description of Work: I had a gas pipe I thought might need replacing because of the way it looked. Its located outside and it seemed it had alot of rust on it. Ace sent someone out to look and answer my questions. It turns out on closer inspection the pipes were fine and it was just alot of soil that had accrued around it. He made sure the whole line was clear of any invasive rust. His honest assesment was that I didn't need to replace it. I'm getting the pipe area cleaned, I had some work done recently that exposed it more, so I thought it was rust . I appreciated his honesty and his advice and should I need them more of anything I will definitely call them, as they were prompt on their appointment and helpful.

Description of Work: Ace did a great job of video inspection of my sewer lateral. The city demanded that we do an exploration of an old sewer prior to possilbe replacement of the entire line. They came on time (three times!), gave a very reasonable price and Kevin was very professional and accomodating. I would recommend them unreservedly.

Description of Work: From now on, I will call Ace first for any of my plumbing needs. Though the job we called Ace to fix turned out to be just a simple drain clog, they took care of business as though we had called them for a very expensive job. Communications through the office, field peron, and myself were of the hightest quality th0oughtout the duration of the job. I was very impressed with their professional demeanor and attention to detail and it was clear that their company mandate was to delight their customers by providing quality service with no attending hassles.

Description of Work: I had a basin into which water from the washing machine emptied. It was clogged and its pipe was leaking. Ace responded within an hour of the first call. Cleared the drain and determined that the drain pipe, which was several decades old, was not repairable. They returned the next business day and replaced the basin and pipe wihin 30 minutes. Absolutely first class work, incredibly responsive, and marvelous to work with. I have never been more impressed or happy with any work performed by professional plumbers.
