Description of Work: Ace installed two hot water tanks recently ($3K), and I have no issues with that process, but when my dishwasher broke and flooded on a Saturday, Ace couldn't provide help for 6 hours. So they can't be relied on in an emergency. Given how often plumbing matters require prompt attention, I will not be using them again. The problem here is with the company's policies not the competence of the individuals who actually provide service. Fortunately, I found another plumber who could arrive in an hour, during which time I had to bail hot water.

Description of Work: Joe and Ricardo ensured that my rainwater downspout pipes leading under my garage were entact and not clogged. The job involved cutting some concrete in our garage to access the pipes and snaking a camera through them. Thankfully there were no issues there but they did identify some clogged down spouts so they promptly installed newer clean-outs for each one, snaked them and then re-poured the concrete from the earlier camera work underground. The work was professionally completed in one day, below budget and left cleaner than when they arrived. I would absolutely use ACE again.

Plumber was very courteous and very conscientious and left all work spaces very clean and tidy. I would use the services of Ace Plumbing again in a heartbeat! Very fair costing - I had gotten a few quotes from other places but Ace was competitive and they certainly worked with our budget - and for the quality of service we got - I was pleasantly surprised.
Description of Work: Installed a Washer & Dryer from scratch. Created & installed gas hook & vents for dryer and created water hookups and drain hookups for washing machine. Also fixed a leaking faucet problem in Bathtub.

 + 0 moreDennis was able to come the same day we called and was able to diagnose and fix the problem, even though the dishwasher installation had originally been done very poorly. He was willing to take on the extra task of hooking up the ice maker, even though we had not requested that during our initial call. He was very kind and understanding of us, as it was move-in day to a new house, and it was chaotic, with movers all over and a mess all over the house. He waited through an entire cycle of the dishwasher to make sure that his repair was good.
Description of Work: Repaired/replaced dishwasher drain hose due to large leak when using dishwasher in our new home. Hooked refrigerator ice maker up to water line.
