Ace Plumbing & Rooter

We had a outside drain backup during the a night time down pour. The water would have flooded our garage if Ace Plumbing had not responded to our call. From the dispatcher to the plumber, the service was excellent. They were friendly, helpful, reasonably priced and very professional. And they came as quickly as they could arrive on a night that was as wet and busy for them as it could be. We would definitely use them again.

Prompt answer to call. Scheduled a plumber for same day at a time of my convenience. Plumber Kevin showed up on time - was extremely courteous, efficient and also gave some unsolicited advice on what to avoid putting into my garbage disposal to avoid future damage/clogging. Gave the cost upfront and asked for approval, then made the repair quickly and also showed me how to self-repair simple issues in the future.Also tightened my kitchen faucet at no charge, which he noticed was loose. Definitely would use again.

These guys were great. One came out on a Sunday afternoon to meet with the power company and give us a general estimate of the cost involved in testing the house for leaks, and the cost to dig up and replace pipe if that were necessary. The estimate was close to what we paid. We though the price was extremely fair. The crew was terrific, worked long hours and got the job done, leaving us feel assured that all possible problems had been identified and taken care of. Some additional cleanup was required after the concrete dried, and that was taken care of as well. Everyone was prompt, responsive, polite and very professional.

They have incredibly good phone service and punctuality.Their work is acceptable, and the prices seem OK, so I would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone.They are my go-to plumber any time I need one.

What a crappy way to start a Sunday. Mid shower the water flow out of the shower head became a trickle. I'm a "try to fix it first" kinda person, but when I searched online and saw all the things that could be wrong I headed over here and saw all the great reviews for Ace Plumbing so gave them a call. They were actually able to come earlier than the original time window they gave me. JD was great and fast....took the shower head off first and found the problem right away. And now I can enjoy the rest of my Sunday....Yeah!

Called Thursday afternoon a real person answered , Mark, he was courteous and knowledgeable made appointment for next morning between 8a and 9a . Mike actually was at my door at 8:15a . Mike not only could not have been nicer but improvised by finding a way to get past new waterproofing to get to the drain and clear it. I highly recommend this company and these gentlemen and will call them again

Experience went well. Plumber tried to snake the obstructed drain without success; he then used a high pressure hose which he had to drag up to the roof again unable to clear the obstruction. I thought at that point he would just say he couldn't figure it out and leave but he went into the garage, looked at the drainage /piping system and determined where the obstruction would be. He cut out the piece of pipe and sure enough, the pipe was plugged with roofing gravel that some idiot roofer and dumped into the roof drain. He replaced the pipe, went back up to the roof and ran some water to make sure the system was draining freely, then went back downstairs to ensure the replaced piece of pipe was water tight. Very pleased with the thoroughness and stick to itness of the plumber

Everything went fine. They did a good job, but it cost a lot for the amount of service that was performed. They were very fast though.

Toilet seal was leaking at my office. I called Ace in the afternoon; by evening technician was at office (after hours). He resealed toilet in about an hour, without ever having to inconvenience my staff -- I doubt anyone ever realized he'd been here. This was less than 48 hours before I was to fly to India, so the promptness of the job was an added (stress) relief! Thanks, Ace!

They were punctual and they came early. The technician was very professional and courteous. He went directly to the problem and took care of it, so it was very efficient. He gave me a couple of suggestions of what I can do in the future. They also gave me a quote to replace the main pipe.

We had a little trouble with scheduling, due to a medical emergency involving the first employee who was supposed to do the estimate. We thought we might need a big job -- installing French drains and then new concrete in our back yard to correct basement leakage. When the technician came, however, he checked our outdoor drains, unclogged one, and said this might be all that was needed. He also showed us that we could reseal some degraded outdoor seals ourselves. He charged us NOTHING -- and this winter, have had zero leakage into the basement! We will need future indoor plumbing work, and will definitely call this company!

Tenant notified me of the problem. Looked up the plumber on Angie's List Called the plumber. Had them arrange appt. with tenant. They scheduled. Plumber called me to provide estimate at time of repair. I agreed. Paid via credit card Plumber made repair. Tenant was satisfied with work and notified me of same. Plumber sent confirmation of payment for my records.

The young man named, Nick, was very professional and did everthing I asked him to do. He was very neat and explained everthing he was doing.

Simply put, Ace aced it! They were fantastic to deal with. Very professional and responsive. They were careful to give a thorough estimate and took the time to explain our options. When our concrete sub went MIA, they took the lead as a GC would to get the concrete sub focused and get the job done. (To be clear, we weren't paying them to be the GC). They complete the work as estimated, despite the fact that the job required a bit more work than originally planned. Again, super professional, high quality work. No headache, no nonsense. Just great professionalism and quality of work.

All aspects from start...., appointment set-up, to work completion met or exceeded my expectations. The price was reasonable and fair.

All jobs performed by Ace for our building have went very well. The estimates and overall costs are always competitive and they communicate during all phases of the job.

I found the company on Angie's List and scheduled a service visit. The team arrived on time, suggested a couple of options for clearing the drain, tried the less expensive one first, and, when that didn't work, used its electrical equipment, which did. They gave me a quote, which I figured to be fair for a house call, and were courteous and quick.

They have done excellent work. We have had them repeatedly because we like them very much. The service and everything about them from the minute they answer your call and the way the person in the office, the promptness of them arriving and the quality of their work. I think they are just fantastic.

I first used Ace Plumbing and Rooter to fix a gas leak coming from my oven's shutoff valve. I called one afternoon around 4:30 and Kevin arrived 30 minutes later. He diagnosed the problem and came back the next afternoon to fix it. The repair was great, but I particularly appreciated their promptness and flexibility with scheduling. I previously had American Home Shield insurance and had to use their contractors. I always received a 4 hour window and had to take time off of work to get things fixed in the home. Kevin from Ace came right away, and schedule the actual repair for the next day at a time when I was available after work. This experience was so good that I used them again 3 weeks later when my main sewer line was blocked. I scheduled an appointment for a Wednesday, but was home early on a Monday and I called and Kevin was once again there within 30 minutes. He had diagnosed the problem before even ringing the doorbell. He actually showed up again on Wednesday because they forgot to cancel the original appointment. Instead of leaving, he came in to inspect my sewer drains and gave me some advice about my water heater.I ask a lot of questions about repairs and he answered all of them (for some he drew diagrams). I can't compare Ace's prices to anyone else's, but I don't really have a desire to try a different company to find out--the experience was that good.
