Arthur, alerted us of his pending arrival. He inspected the cables, replaced the rollers, he completed the job order, pointing out potential problems. Professional manner, comfortable with questions. We look forward to working with Ace Doors in the future. BTW, the office staff was easy to work with, no hassles, no unanswered phones. Really appreciate this company.

Horribly. Worst business possible. I paid for a service and they do not return my numerous voice-messages or return my e-mails. I do not know if they are even in business. I've tried for a month now. I contacted Angie's List Customer Support regarding their failures. Angie's List somehow got hold of them and said they would call me. It did not happen. Beware of Ace Garage. I'll probably need to file a complaint against them with the Contractors State Licensing Board. If I could rate this company below an "F," I would.

I have used them twice. The price they gave me was much higher. The door works good. In the future I would negotiate a better price. They explained clearly what was wrong with the garage door. I like their professionalism. The only thing I dislike is the price.

Bottom line, I paid Ace's about $400 for 15 minutes of work. What a rip off! Hire them at the expense of your wallet.

I was grossly overcharged for parts that were replaced. For example, I was charged $139 for a keyless entry keypad. Exact same model sells for $30 to $40 everywhere else. The $79 service ended up costing me $634. I emailed and called company with my concerns and got no response. I would never call them again and the experience has soured me on using Angie's List in the future.

This was a big deal purchase. It went very well. He did not do much. He did a good job for the work he did. The service turned out very good. He came in good time and when I called to reserve they came immediately out. I told them the work I wanted done and he did it.

Fine, the guy was on time, the work was done in an efficient and careful manner.

Very well. There were no problems, so the man told me that he would waive my service charge the next time I needed a repair.

It was quite easy for them. Price was reasonable. He came twice. I didn't think the solution he gave was the best solution. He was very responsive.

They did good! It works quite well and it is pretty silent. Instead of having a chain, they have a belt. Actually, when you open the garage door or even walk into the garage the lights go on. It was pretty good service! It was $735, cause they sold us more than we had asked for.

Initially we thought we were just in need of an adjustment but the actual spring was falling apart and they replaced it on the spot. AngiesList coupon deal $75 for garage door tune up and an additional $350 for the replacement of the spring. Not happy about the additional cost BUT it was totally necessary. 5***** all the way around!

They may not even exist for all I know.

The technicians were great. Prompt, extremely professional and very informative. They did a fantastic job, explained the avg. lifespan of parts, and walked me through a few scenarios. My door works great now. The only hiccup is I was quoted $185 on the phone for all parts and service based on an Angie's list deal they had up yesterday (which I see was taken down the day of service). I made sure to inquire on the phone about whether this included both springs, and any and all work and was told "yes" but that price might vary a little based on the size of the door. I'm very careful about these things, and had notes from my call. When they arrived I was initially told it would be $485 (2 springs + labor). When I balked and explained what I was told, they contacted the office and came back with $259. I needed the door fixed, so I paid it, but a 40% increase over what what was listed is not "a little bit" higher. I have no problem paying a fair price for a job well done, but I do take issue with confusing and drastically varying prices, particularly since I'm on a tight budget. I would consider using Ace in the future as the quality of work and service were great, but would make sure I had something in writing first on price to avoid confusion for both parties. Any Angie's List discounts should probably also be clarified further.

He was punctual and efficient. Finished the job quickly.

That went okay. Pricing was good. We called them back a couple of times and they never showed up. They made appointments and didn't show up.

Carlos, the technician that was assigned to us arrived on time for the installation, and did a great job in installing the system and moreover to align and tune our 15-years old garage door to function better than ever. Carlos was attentive, focused on his work, answered all my questions and explained in details what he is doing. Great service! I will not hesitate recommending him to our friends!

I am content to know this was done as the garage door did need to be looked at. However, surprised on how quickly it was done. Within ten minutes, the job was done and he was gone. I would have like that he spent more time.

The original tech just sprayed some lubricant on the connecting hardware. 2nd call the tech adjusted the door panels to stop the sound.

Absolutely the BEST!! Mohammed really went way over and beyond. I am 72 and partially disabled. My remote controller was shot and needed replacing. All our remotes needed programing. Mohammed replaced the controller, repaired 2 remotes and programmed them. No additional charge as he had a used controller. So refreshing to meet a service professional so honest and capable who knows what he was doing and was more than accommodating. I can not recommend him highly enough. Been burned on some Angies List deals but not this one for sure.
