They are really good. The customer service is good. Their punctuality was good and good feedback. The communication was good. They were very much worth the money spent. I would use their services again in the future.

No issues and the windows look fine. In fact - I can't tell that they did the work because they were fast and efficient and didn't leave any scars where the windows were replaced. Tom did a good job of following up with me when he wasn't hearing from me. I only dinged them on quality because I asked for a favor of moving a window latch from a window that was being thrown away to a window that was staying and they forgot to do it before it was too late to grab the part.

The dining room window completely didn't match the Craftsman look in the living room (or the window it replaced). They also tore out the original 80-year-old living room windowsill and apron (the trim piece below the sill), and replaced them with modern sharp-cornered, flat pieces of wood that didn't match the other windows in the house. When we told Acacia that there were pieces missing, they first denied there was any problem. Unfortunately, they also screwed up the plaster under the window when they removed the old apron, left nails all over the place (inside and outside the house). In short, I'm not terribly pleased with Acacia's service. The resulting work is fairly good (if a bit sloppy) but we had to prod them at every step of the way, and manage a ton of little details that they should have handled. I would have been happier if they'd shown a little pride in their craftsmanship.
