+ -1 moreThe customer service at this place is HORRIBLE! First, I called on several occasions to schedule someone to come in, estimate, and then repair our AC unit. No one ever called me back. When I called them again a few days later I spoke to their scheduler/estimator, Mike. He was very rude and spoke at me as if I were in kindergarten. He then proceeded to him-haw around my request to schedule someone from their company. Finally he just came right out and said that he "didn't want our business" and that we "should call someone else." Sarcastically he ended the telephone conversation with "I'll put it on the schedule for later next week, but...uh.. yeah we're not going to get to it". He then hung up on me mid-sentence.
Description of Work: They did not perform any work for me. I TRIED to schedule someone to come in and repair our air conditioner. Please see my 'comments' on this page to learn why I rated them an "F".
