AAA Painting and Roofing Co

I worked with Terry Kim to define the work including the brand of paint and prepare the estimate. We agreed on a price and a start date. Because of the extensive work they advised I could not stay in the house, so I stayed in a nearby motel. The crew of three showed up on the agreed date and went straight to work. I visited the house every day to see the work that had been done. They spent a day and a half prepping the house, removing track lighting, carefully moving all furniture into the center of each room then cocooning it in plastic along with covering all of the floors with plastic taped along the baseboards. They also sealed off the kitchen and bathrooms that were not being painted with plastic sheets over the doors. The removal of the ceiling and prepping of the surface was flawless. It looks like new sheetrock. The painting was very well done with two coats applied and no paint anywhere on floors or other surfaces where it should not have been. They also painted a staircase rail that was not part of the estimate, and agreed to put an additional coat on some ceilings to better match colors. At the end of the job the house was cleaned and the furniture moved back (although not entirely in its original locations). The only issue was that one of the workmen moved a wood table with paint on his hands and marked the top. Terry was apologetic and agreed to cover the price of restoring the finish,
