+ -1 moreCarla came and gave me an estimate. She arrived promptly & gave a reasonable estimate after describing what she would do in detail. On the day of service she arrived on time and began promptly to work. Carla is efficient, diligent and very professional. She takes pride in doing a good job and enjoys her work. She is cheerful and easy to work with. Her English is excellent. She cleans even where you can not see. (I am short and she cleans up high and under things as well as the obvious places.) Everything sparkles after a cleaning by Carla. Price was fair value for the work done. She performed all the tasks she said that she would do at the estimate too. There was so much dust and it seeped everywhere from the construction. She got it all. I recommend her highly.
Description of Work: Carla cleaned my house after we had the remodeling done. There was dust everywhere. I had been ill and could not keep up with the cleaning. She made everything sparkle.

+ -1 moreWith some guidance, Carla does a nice job and continues to improve. She is trustworthy and is flexible in terms of scheduling alternative dates when needed. I am overall pleased that I have found her. In fact, I am looking forward to using her to her full potential which I have not been able to do so as my home has been in a state of disarray from remodeling and redesigning.
Description of Work: Carla Brennan of A Smart Cleaning has been performing housecleaning services for me every 2 weeks for over 3 years. She cleans the bathroom (scrubs the tub, sink and toilet; polishes the faucet handles and the mirrors and mops the floor), the kitchen (wipes down the stainless steel appliances, scrubs the sink and cleans the stove area and countertops), vacuums and wipes down my hardwood floors throughout home, straightens the bedroom.
