Description of Work: Timely and professional service. Manuel was a professional. I just needed a little help with the installation of a new faucet in our kitchen sink. Manuel also helped me to figure out what was causing a leak in the bathroom. Great service. I'll definitely use him again.

 + 2 moreWe needed a few things done at our condo. I got Manuals name from Angie's list and called for an appointment. He did a fine job. He was nice and knew what he was doing. I will call him again.
Description of Work: They replaced the flue on the exhaust pipe on the roof. They bought and installed a smoke detector on a high ceiling. They bought ($74) and installed a self closing arm for a heavy door. They fixed a latch to hold the door open.

Description of Work: I was looking for someone to install/connect all my new kitchen appliances. Manuel came out and saw what I wanted to be done. He suggested a date, and I agreed. When the date came, I took off work (lost $150 in wages) and he never showed up. I called his number and his voicemail was full. I tried multiple times during the day. When I was finally able to reach him late in the afternoon, he stated ''I had to go to someplace with my son''.

I was also impressed at his honesty in telling me what he could and could not do and whether it would be better to replace something than to have him fix it. I am planning to have him come back to do other jobs.
Description of Work: Manuel replaced an accoustical tile ceiling in a small bathroom, put up a smoke detector and replaced a lockset. I also talked to him regarding possible future jobs.
