After finally getting the guy over to provide an estimate, they didn't call back within a few days like they promised. I called them back and they said that they were waiting for a quote from the window manufacturer. They told me a few more days. Well it's been over 10 days later and still no call back. Very disappointing. I can understand delays but a simple phone call for a status update would be appreciated.

My uncle's house is old and has had not had any real maintenance for 35 years. We had a budget and decided to start by replacing the windows. He had gotten a few quotes but they seemed high to me. When it comes to vinyl windows there is no shortage of hucksters and fast talking salespeople making fat commissions. I looked here and found Angela on Angie's List and the reviews were very positive. He interviewed her and we got a fair price. I looked at the quote then at the website of the manufacturer. I saw a higher grade of window and asked for a quote for an upgrade. When we made the deal I expected the price to go way up, but, again, it was very fair. She measured and ordered. The windows and the staff arrived on time and they replaced 11 units in less than 2 hours. The work was flawless. After that we wanted to paint the outside of the house and one bedroom. Angela referred a painted that did a fantastic job at a fair price.

They no longer manufacture their own windows. They do install both Milgard and Superior windows. They do not carry Marvin windows which is the windows we want.

They were friendly, on-time, gave me options, did the work as agreed and cleaned up nicely afterward. I have never been more pleased with a contractor.
