Price was high. It was kind of hard to get ahold of them for the second inspection and estimate. They weren't very clear about the procedure and all that entails. For example, they removed the toilet in the basement (and all the fixtures in the bathroom) but didn't put anything back.
Description of Work: I hired them to take care of some water damage in my basement.

Dear member! First off, please know that we value your business and your feedback is very important to us. We'd like to apologize if you feel you were not adequately informed about our procedures and services. Communication with our customers is a top priority for us. There was a problem putting the toilet back because we firmly recommend repairing the bathroom first. This includes installing new materials, flooring, and drywalls. If you reinstall the toilet before these repairs are made, you will actually be spending unnecessary time and money. As for the price of the water damage mitigation, we can reassure you that $3,280 for the area is a very fair price. This includes mitigation, demolition, sanitation, and mold remediation and machines. We would be happy to discuss again the reconstruction estimate and repairs, as we know you wanted to wait on this basement work. In addition, we would be happy give you 50% discount for air duct cleaning & dryer duct free of charge. As always, please feel free to call us if you have any questions or feedback.

Their service was wonderful in terms of quality, time and even the price! They were so kind for having a basic duct cleaning in our house with no extra charges! After they finished their work, my house looked even better than before! We are very satisfied & would gladly recommend them to anyone!
Description of Work: We’d like to share my great satisfaction with 911 Remediation and their amazing team! A couple of weeks ago we discovered a water leak & my son attempted to fix it on his own. Unfortunately that wasn’t a great idea since he ended up breaking a main water pipe, which led to a flood. When we called 911 Remediation, not only did they send over their professional team, but it was also clear how prepared and skilled they were with all their equipment taking the necessary amount of time to do a quality job!
