The work took about six business days because the ladies and their crew believe strongly in letting the spackling, primer, and, ultimately, the interior paint dry properly. They removed and replaced outlets and painted very carefully around non-removable fixtures. I had my floors sanded and stained prior to their work, and they used contractors paper to protect the entire floor. Their website helpfully suggests they be the last contractor in after cosmetic or more serious remodeling because they do very careful and precise work. (That worked very well, because as it turns out my floor refinisher was not so precise and, as a first timer, I'm not sure I would have thought about it otherwise.) The color is even, the work is careful, the estimate was detailed and accurate, and the company is very professional and takes pride in their work. I found them through a dialog on the apartment therapy website and honestly have never been so pleased with any service I've received. My new place now feels like a home. Can't say enough good things. Be patient. Book in advance. Totally worth it!
