They ended up taking two complete loads and they were pretty fast overall. It was a difficult situation. They take it away for you, but typically at least in the Bay Area they have a reuse and recycle aspect to the business. So, what they do first employees get to go through whatever's then claim whatever they might like and then after that they and I'll sort through it and pull stuff that's recyclable and then also if they have no options to you know find a home for stuff to do and the rest they send another kind of try to minimize the landfill in respect to what they do. This was in San Francisco to my brother's apartment in San Francisco; He passed away, and we had to clean out his apartment and so that was, they did that and it was nothing subtle about it. On the price, I think it was kind of average; it wasn't a great price it was kind of an average price. They were easy to work with, they didn't add anything to the interesting drama. They were responsive, they got back right to us. They got a little lost trying to find the place. If I had to do something locally, I would shop a little bit, but yeah I'd probably use them again. Two crews of two came in one day and then the next day a crew came. We basically prepped everything for them to take. It was a third-floor apartment; they basically pull their dump truck underneath the window and they just pitched out the window onto the bed of the truck. I just felt like they handled the situation very, very well. They were good about doing it fast and avoided charging me extra. They do have a baseline that says it's going to take so many hours and if you go over that they charging more and they worked pretty hard to avoid that charge. Everything they asked them to take they took, and we were responsible for sweeping up after that, in terms of what their job was to move everything out, they did fine with it. They moved things out quickly. They really did a good job of minimizing the loads and time. They really worked on keeping our numbers down. My first impression was good, I thought they were very positive, ready to go to work, no slacking in there at all.
